Ava is doing well, eating like a horse, she is getting along with both Felix and KC, she has gained some weight and the vet said she was in very good health.  She likes to camp beside me at my computer, purrs away and love a lot of attention, she even likes to sleep with me and lay on the couch with me, while I am watching TV.  Felix is trying to teach her how to hunt mice outside.  She runs around fast had to tie her on a harness, as she is very fast and hard to catch.  Ava loves the outdoors, but she does not go out when it rains, she watches out the window watching the birds, and she has declared herself the boss over Felix, as she has taken over his chair, but sometimes she lets him use his chair a couple of time I found them sleeping together.  She is very close to KC the blind dog, she watches over him like a hawk.  When she cannot find him she cries and goes looking for him.  She has settled in nicely, all three are doing well and very combatable, when she cannot find me she cries and I call her and she comes a running.  She really likes to climb and look out the window and watch the birds.  We are glad she is part of the family and sometimes she is sound asleep on my Dad’s lap, when he get his 50 winks.  She uses her cage for quite times, as this is her special place long with her teddy bear, I took off her cage door.  Right now she sleeping beside KC in my office.  The vet put her on baby food, as she was eating too much protein for her age, she has grown a little bit and loves to sample everyone’s food, to see if it is better than her food.  I found out she likes butter and milk, as I caught her licking the butter dish and and drinking my milk, had to put the lid on the butter dish.  She finds a lot to get into  had to close all the lids on the toilets, as she likes to play in the water and has the run of the house, just like the other two.   Thank for letting us adopt her she is a nice asset to our house and keeps Dad busy,  and Felix keeps a watchful eye on her, and makes sure no strangers get close to Ava, They make a good pair together and the play a lot in and out of the house.

Thanks for letting us adopt Ava.
