Using this site

This site is for people aged 19 and over. The legal gambling age is 19 in most of Canada and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or gambling advice, and nothing on it is an inducement to gamble.

We receive a commission when a reader opens an account through a link on this site. That arrangement determines which operators are listed and in what order, and it is disclosed on every page where the ranking appears.

Accuracy and liability

Bonus values, minimum deposits and wagering requirements are recorded from the operator at the time of publication and change without notice. The operator's own terms and conditions always govern, and you should read them before depositing.

Gambling in Canada is regulated province by province under the Criminal Code. In Ontario, private operators registered with iGaming Ontario are regulated by the AGCO. Elsewhere, only the provincial lottery and gaming corporation is domestically licensed, and other operators serve those provinces from offshore. Canadian law has historically been enforced against operators rather than individual players, but no Canadian regulator or consumer protection scheme covers funds you hold with an offshore site.
